    How much does this cost all in?

    $9 USD per hour plus whatever bonus program you deploy. That’s it nothing more, you only pay for hours worked you DO NOT pay for holidays, sick days….

    How does your program work?

    I provide you experienced staff to remotely work for you. These staff will be the same as if you hired a remote worker in Toledo, Oh. You must train and manage the remote staff directly. I manager or supervisor can be assigned to your project if the number of agents requires such.

    How do you handle compliance?

    My program just provides experienced staff to work on YOUR system and do your work only. All compliance will be the same as your current WFH employees. R&R will not have a login to your system only the staff working for you will have access to your systems. Therefore, your compliance process will remain the same.

    How do you handle training?

    We hire experienced agents for your project, but it is totally your responsibility to train and manage the staff daily. The agent will work on your CRM system and phone system and must be managed and trained by you. All training is the clients responsibility.

    Are the agents working from home?

    Yes, these agents are working from their homes and using residential internet.

    Are the agents using their home internet and computer?

    Yes. We test the internet speed and match clients to staff who have equipment that fits the clients’ needs.

    What about accents?

    Jamaica has been a leading location for English speaking call center workers and agents from Jamaica will not have a noticeable accent.

    We are based in Jamaica because of the high quality of English-speaking agents in the location, and we have remote agents in many other countries and those accents will be determined by the location.

    What about background noises?

    Most agents use noise dampening headsets, but you will hear an occasional chicken or child.
