How Often Does Opportunity Knock On Your Door?
I want to provide you an opportunity to better service your clients and consumers and at the same time reduce your costs. It is your job to provide your clients the best service and to be respectful of the relationship. At Ring & Respect we feel the same way about you, your clients and their consumers. We treat everyone with the same level of respect. So let me better explain the opportunity.
Ring & Respect is a call center located in Jamiaca, the land of respect. Because we have lower wages in Jamaica than in the US, Canada or the UK we can provide call center services at a rate that is favorable to the clients while keeping the level of production. And yes the service is just as good or in many cases better than the services provided on the mainlands. Ring & Respect has developed processes to hire and train the best staff available while creating a culture based on Respect in every action.
Respect is defined as “a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.” We thrive on “giving and getting” RESPECT on every call. And that same respect is given to our employees, clients and vendors, we respect everyone everyday. It sounds easy but takes a culture change to always follow this mantra. If the whole world was to respect each other and the environment we would have world peace and no more war. We believe that respect is the answer to most world problems and all business hurdles. This mentality will come thru to you and your consumers and that’s the opportunity. The opportunity is really improved service but the reduced cost is the big benefit.
So how do we do it? We have adopted the word Respect as our answer to most questions within the company and it is our mission statement. We spent weeks trying to create a mission statement and then kept trying to reduce it from paragraphs to sentences and finely down to three words “Ring & Respect”. Then as we looked at every other aspect of the business we were building and we kept going back to Respect so we have created and adopted the Respect lifestyle.
When you put yourself in the other persons shoes respect comes easy and thats what will do with your consumers whether they are debtors, patients, travelers, guests or just consumers of your products.
