What The Big BPO’s Do Not Want You To Know
Ring & Respect is not a discount BPO but it is priced as such. We believe in providing the client what they need and no more, as the Insurance commercial says “ Only pay for what you need”.
Most BPO’s are large and have offices in many different countries they are highly invested in brick and mortar, technology and other bells and whistles that most clients do not need.
Ring & Respect deals with smaller companies not the fortune 500 and we therefore have to cater to their needs and we have found that what they need is quality labor at a low price. I have never had a prospective client come to me in a call center situation and ask me first about technology or security, they first want to about quality and price. Most call center prospective clients already have a US based call center or a UK or Canadian based center. They have technology to do the work, they have technology for compliance, they have technology for anything they need already so me selling them on the fact that I have technology thats better than theirs is ludicrous. If they needed better software they would go to a software provider not a BPO.
I figure that if they have everything they need to run their own call center stateside then they don’t need software from me, just quality labor ar great prices. So thats all we provide at Ring & Respect.
